Hoy jueves 4 de diciembre de 2025 a las 17:20 por la zona aeroportuaria, el empleado que venía de lavar el coche 2134MLF conducía de manera temeraria poniendo en peligro la circulación adelantando por el exterior de las rotondas a los vehículos poniéndolo casi en dos ruedas. Esa persona merece el despido inmediato. Muy mala prensa para su empresa tener a este tipo de sujetos empleados. Espero que reciba una medida ejemplar

DO NOT RENT FROM EUROPCAR AT MADRID AIRPORT!!!! They are rip-off artists. We have booked and paid for our car rental, with insurance, 4 months in advance. When we arrived at the front desk, the lady looked at our luggage and said your 2 suitcases and back packs wont fit in the car. Let me upgrade you. Then she said the upgrade would be EUR 376.00 for the 15 days. We said no thank you. She asked if we want insurance and we said we have it already. She said the insurance doesn't cover the tires, windows, roof or under carriage of the car. So that was another EUR 6.00 per day. Got to our car and we are so glad that we took a video of the whole car before we left the airport. Upon our return, they said we had a stone chip in the windshield, they was a dent in the side of the car, a scratch on the front bumper and all the center hubs of the car rims were missing, but don't worry, you have insurance. I pulled out my phone and showed him the video which it had everything on it so there was no new damage from us. Question, why isn't this marked down for the next customer to know? It is because they try to rip-off the next customer for the same damage, in hopes they didn't buy the car insurance. Another scam by Europcar. Now get ready, when you get home from your vacation, all of a sudden these extra charges start showing up on your credit card statement. No one at the front desk told us that if we drive the car out of Spain, you have to pay an out-of-country expense. IT is EUR 12.00
