Very knowledgeable, great attitude and even better at their job. I would highly recommend having Udo and his team working on your marine engine.

I contacted this company in January 2025 for an urgent inspection of a marine generator engine. The engine was taken to their workshop, after which the final invoice was increased by approximately €1,500 compared to the market price. The company refused to return the engine unless the full requested amount was paid. Despite my understanding that, under Spanish law, a customer has the right to refuse payment for services that were not explicitly agreed upon, the company declined to resolve the situation. They also refused to provide official documentation for the work performed and did not disclose their tax identification number when requested. I filed complaints with the police and consumer protection authorities. As of now, nearly a year later, the case is still pending because of thousands of similar cases on Mallorca islands. In retrospect, after the consultations, I acknowledge that I made a serious mistake by not insisting on formal written agreements before any work began. As a result, my engine, with an estimated value of €8,000, remains in the company’s possession, and I am unable to pursue legal action effectively due to the lack of documentation. During my visit to the police, I was explicitly told that they receive a significant volume of similar complaints. According to their explanation, clients who do not speak Spanish or are perceived as tourists are vulnerable in such situations, especially for those who do not have a trusted local contact who can assist them
