"Contactless" is their word for nobody being accountable. I rented for four days and asked to extend by one week. That simple request took this company 27 hours to answer, and the answer was no — after they'd already had me jump through every hoop they could invent. It started as farce. Their welcome message was a copy-paste script for airport arrivals, addressed to a flight I never had. I told them I was coming by train. They re-sent the identical script with "airport" swapped for "train station." They did not know what I had booked with them. Then the gauntlet. Email address. Train tickets. A RETURN ticket — they refuse to rent unless you can prove you're leaving. A check-in form. My debit card, rejected. A €100 deposit that failed on their end. A €20 fee for daring to return the car outside their hours. Pick-up was a treasure hunt in a basement car park. They sent me to level -1; the car was on -2. Their app said "unlocked" while the doors stayed shut. The exit card in the glovebox — the one card you must use to raise the barrier — didn't work, and I stood at that barrier until someone else opened it. Their contribution throughout: "any problem, you can call me." The extension is what makes this one star instead of two. Wednesday morning I asked. They demanded a new travel ticket plus EIGHT photographs of the car — front, back, both sides, mileage, interior, boot open. I sent every one of them the same day, with the ticket, and asked in writing to please keep the car booke
