Rented the car online, quick check in and car was perfect, a little tricky to return after hours, received a call asking if I was happy, was told that I brought it back with more fuel than when I left, credited me back $15 euro for the fuel, offered to assist in anything further...this would be the first time a rental car company has treated us this way from start to finish. Encouraged!

This company doesn’t even deserve a single star. I had a terrible experience on May 4, 2025. I made a prepayment for a rental car and arrived at the office 15 minutes before the official closing time — only to find the office already closed. All doors and entrances were shut. They had clearly closed earlier than they were supposed to. I tried calling the phone number listed online for that specific office, but no one answered. I waited there until the official closing time, and about 5 minutes after, someone finally came out. He didn’t say who he was or what position he held — he just told me the office was closed and gave no explanation for the early closure. I explained that I had prepaid for a car and wanted to pick it up. His response? “That’s not my problem, we have no cars available,” and then he just walked away. Essentially, I paid for nothing — and had to urgently find a car from another company. I have been trying to resolve this issue for two weeks, and no one has responded. Now I’ve been told the reason I didn’t receive the car was that I didn’t have a physical credit card, which is a complete lie. So not only did they close early and leave me stranded, but they are now lying by claiming I was there and couldn’t pay — when in fact, I never even got inside and was never asked to present any card. I couldn’t even get through by phone. This is horrible service, and in my opinion, their actions are fraudulent. I paid for something I never received, they refuse to take

0 stars- what an absolute nightmare. Was told we can pick up the car at 11.. once we arrived we were told there was a delay in rental cars coming from Valencia (?!) and to come back at 15. When we arrived a bit before 14.. the same guy told us he never confirmed the car, that he was closed, that “it’s not his fault” and to make a claim with the company… then walked away when I tried to ask for more information. Another couple was also standing there, stranded and confused and made it clear that the young man wasn’t helping them either. It’s clear he was hoping we would arrive at 15 so he’d be gone and we’d be even more confused. Now we have to cancel our non refundable Airbnb and have spent a day running to other National car rentals in the city to use our booking (no cars in any location). Do yourself a favor and avoid this location/company.
