They charge you for tire damage for no reason. This is more duo poor maintenance

The car was nice and functional. The details for pickup in Seville were horrible. The drop off details in Madrid were even worse. After much city heavy traffic driving searching for a drop off whose address was a hotel, after an hour or so, I decided to drive 30 minutes to the airport to drop it off as this was my only obvious option. Then a 30 minute cab ride back to my hotel. To this day I don't know if there is an office in the construction closed garage under the Plaza de Espana (this is where the doorman at the hotel the address corresponded to thought it was). A lot of time and effort was wasted in the drop off downtown. The pickup as I said wasn't clear either in their rental details email. As a foreigner in a country I don't speak the language fluently, there is not much recourse to work these things out. The company could go a long way in providing details in their rental details email. I will say, once the pickup and drop off spots were found, the agents were friendly and professional.

Rented a car while visiting Sevilla for a quick side trip to Cadiz. The team at the Torre Sevilla National desk made it super easy to get in and out, and the car we ended up getting was quite nice to drive! They even offer after hours return via a drop box.
