Worst parking in Barcelona!! Payment required with card, if you don't have a card and want to pay in cash, they don't have change. Forcing to leave the change with them. There are many other parking lots in the neighbourhood, I don't recommend this one.

The place looks fabulous after the renovations and upgrades - HOWEVER, it is an automated parking and their systems dont work. We have been trapped in this parking alongside several other people for over 30 mins calling all the “assistance” phone numbers. But nobody answers. Then eventually some answered our several attempts to pay in the cashier and we couldn’t hear what they were saying. I am sure they think they saved a buck or two by firing the attendant who had worked there for decades. Stay far away from this place unless you want to be trapped there for hours.

Payment method does not work, so you get in, but then you can't get out. Out of the two numbers one is not working and the other don't pick up the call. Unclear how we can get out of the parking, so we had to call the police. There is around 10 people blocked with us
