They had my G55 for 7 months to replace the roof. When delivered to me the lining on the interior roof was sagging and drooping. I brought this to their attention and the manager said “it was normal” given the age of the vehicle (2014). I insisted it was not like this when I left the car with them. Furthermore, I inquired why they didn’t repair the lining given they had replaced the entire roof and it would have been appropriate to have done so. Well, I replaced the lining only to learn that MBZ misrepresented and lied about the repair. See photos herein. They repaired the damaged panel and, in having punctured holes to repair the dents, the interior was compromised. This is a breach of trust and cause for legal action. I am most disappointed and disillusioned by the deception. I would not have expected this from Mercedes Benz.
