Alquilamos un auto en Mallorca, la experiencia fue muy buena, desde el momento que bajamos del avión. Fue muy simple retirar el auto con el sistema airPark. Incluso para devolverlo no perdimos nada de tiempo, sin hacer filas como los demás. Bastante simple si lo que buscas es relajarte en unas vacaciones

Sin duda el mejor rent a car de Mallorca, no tienen problemas de horarios de retirada y entrega, si se retrasa el vuelo no pierdes la reserva, te dejan el coche aparcado para que lo recojas cuando llegues. Recommendable 100%.

So happy with the service - everything was so easy. I had an issue while out where I’d damaged a wheel and tyre. I informed the company straight away and they advised me on what to do. They had a replacement vehicle available for me and I wasn’t rinsed like other companies would have done. I just paid for a tyre (at a much lower price than I could find!) Honesty is the best policy here! I went in to the office and met a few of the staff and they were all so helpful and friendly. I’m just super glad I went with Terrys and not one of the other rip off firms. 100% be using Terrys again. Thank you!

After a fair bit of research we came across this company - they were highly recommended by a lot of people on online groups. The prices seemed fair and there were no hidden costs. We hired a car from Palma airport and collection was super easy. The car was modern and clean and was filled with fuel. We opted for a baby seat - this was included for free and was good condition, a good brand (cybex) and was safe. The team had also included a car window shade for baby and the windscreen shade to help keep the car cool for little one. Drop off back at the airport was very easy and when we spoke to the staff to let them know where the car was they were very friendly. We had no issues and will definitely use this company again when we return to Majorca. I would highly recommend Terry's as a trustworthy business that doesn't try to push additional insurances and hold excessive deposit amounts. Thank you to you all!
