Empresa de poca confianza. Pagamos para alquilar un auto a traves de la web, incluso pagamos el seguro. Al llegar nos dijeron que debíamos pagar un seguro de 390 euros con tarjeta de credito a nuestro nombre. Obviamente no volvería a alquilar con una empresa que se dedica a estafar. Poca credibilidad y nefasto servicio

Fuimos a ultima hora a alquilar un coche y Nuria nos atendió con la mayor de las sonrisas. Su predisposición y empatía nos hizo olvidar el mal día que llevábamos. Una empresa a la que seguro siempre recurriré, gracias por todo, Nuria.

ACHTUNG : Absolute Betrugs-Firma!!! Kassiert im Nachhinein Kosten für nicht gebuchte Zusatz-Versicherung. Bei mir 330 Euro für 10 Tage . Es wurde nur über eine Kaution gesprochen. Finger weg von dieser Mietwagen-Firma!!!!

*DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT* We rented a car with this company via Booking.com, including extra insurance and paid for everything up front. When we arrived at the desk in Malaga airport the assistant told us we needed to pay Thrifty directly for the already purchased insurance as the Booking.com insurance wouldn't cover us, the total was over €400 which included a daily airport fee, we were totally shocked and queried it several times but only when we asked if it was compulsory we were told that it wasn't. They were basically trying to coerce us into paying for insurance twice. The assistant then asked us if we wanted to upgrade the 2 door car we had selected to a 4 door car for an additional €40 which we declined to then discover they didn't have the 2 door car, the car waiting for us was a 4 door so there was another €40 we might have unnecessarily paid for. When they realized we weren't paying any further costs, they asked us to sign a form in Spanish which I asked for an English version which the other assistant screamed at me saying there was none available. The entire experience we had with this company was beyond unacceptable and I hope others read this review and don't get caught out by their fear tactics.

Absolute scammers! Forcing me to take a super expensive insurance (177 euro for a week!) even when I already had insurance via booking (62 euro for the week). This because they dont accept Revolut 'debet' credit cards that have Visa and Mastercard. Other car rental companies made no problem of this in the past. Avoid at all costs!
